Training with distinction

Also in 2020, a commercial trainee has successfully completed her training at B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH. Stefanie Riester started her professional career in 2017 as an industrial clerk trainee with additional technical qualification. After three years, she finally holds her certificate in her hands and can also be really proud of herself, because she is one of the best trainees in the Schwarzwald-Baar district. With a grade point average of 1.1 (IHK: 1.2), she received an award from the vocational school and has already received an invitation to the IHK’s best trainee award ceremony. Unfortunately, the Corona pandemic prevented the award from taking place; it is not yet clear whether and in what form the event will take place this year. B+B also came up with a reward and presented the proud graduate with a Europapark voucher for two.

Due to her excellent performance during her apprenticeship, the management of B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH decided to continue to employ Stefanie Riester after her vocational training. This was a great opportunity for the new apprentice, which she gladly seized. In the meantime, she has settled in well in her new task of planning production orders in production control. In order to continue developing in the future and to gain even more insights, Stefanie Riester is aiming for further training in the field of production planning and control.

B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH specializes in innovative measurement and automation technology in the fields of temperature, humidity, pressure, brightness, motion and level measurement technology, as well as in wireless measurement technology. With its headquarters in Donaueschingen, the family-owned company offers trainees in the Schwarzwald-Baar district the chance to start their careers in a wide variety of areas every year. The company is very keen to take on the trainees after their training and to offer them prospects within the company. So far, this has been successfully implemented for a large number of trainees.
