Gas probes
The topic of climate change and environmental protection is omnipresent among companies as well as private individuals. Due to the increasingly frequent problems caused by too many emissions, we are now confronted with the topic of emission protection in every situation in life. In order to be able to test the correspondingly defined limit values in an application, a measuring probe is required above all, in addition to an evaluation device. In general, flue gas probes are to be distinguished from exhaust gas probes in this sense.
Gas probes in plants as well as in the automotive sector
Firing systems are indispensable in industry and building technology. It doesn’t matter if it is about heating itself or about the generation of electrical energy, steam, hot water and also waste incineration. This aspect brings a concrete monitoring on the basis of most different flue gas probes with itself.
Since the exhaust gas examination has been prescribed in regular cycles for all motor vehicles in Germany since 1985, our exhaust gas probes are used for checking and measuring in this area.
Flue gas probe Sigma
The measuring principle of the gas probe is based on a sheath thermocouple type K according to IEC 584, class 1, which is used for very accurate temperature measurement. The separate gas and pressure paths guarantee highest accuracy.
Flue gas probe Eco
The Eco TGD flue gas probe is particularly characterized by an optimal price-performance ratio. It is suitable for combined temperature, gas and pressure measurement and measures, via a thermocouple type K, the flue gas temperature up to +800 °C. All components used are internationally standardized.
Flue gas probe
The measuring principle of the gas probe is based on a sheath thermocouple type K according to IEC 584, class 1, which is used for very accurate temperature measurement.
Multihole probes
While a single-hole probe uses only one measuring point within the connecting piece, a multi-hole probe samples the exhaust gas components over the entire length of the pipe, resulting in a more accurate measurement result.
Exhaust probe type AU
The bendable metal hose can be unscrewed by means of a union. The condensate trap is placed between the exhaust gas probe and the gas analyzer.
Exhaust probe type AU1
The angled handle is fixed by means of a retaining screw. The gas inlet is located radially behind the tip of the ball probe.
Condensate trap
The condensate trap is placed between the flue gas probe and the gas analyzers. It is a cylindrical container that separates the residual moisture in the flue gas and collects the condensate. Thus, this does not enter the analyzer and cannot cause any damage to the device.
