In order to avoid this problem and also to carry the brand B+B as a measurement technology specialist into the world, B+B Thermo-Technik has since its foundation pursued the philosophy of setting itself up broadly in the sales policy.

The distribution channel via the large, well-known electronics and specialist retailers has proven itself over many years, which is why we are currently working at full speed to expand this distribution channel even further. In addition to the cooperation with well-known retailers such as Conrad Electronic and Reichelt Elektronik, there are also cooperations with specialist retailers such as Visaya.

Now B+B can list two more retailers as partners. With Digi-Key, the family-owned company has gained a distributor for electronic components. With over $3.16 billion in annual sales and over 9.6 million products in its product line, Digi-Key says it is one of the fastest growing distributors of electronic components in the world. This platform offers incredible opportunities and opens up even more markets for B+B.

In addition to the big name Digi-Key, a previously lesser known distributor has also joined the B+B distributor list. Farmitoo is a distributor of agricultural and farming supplies. Based in Paris, the small company’s mission is to bring the benefits of the Internet to the agricultural community and make it easier for farmers to connect with the right agricultural supply manufacturers. Today, it is also impossible to imagine agriculture and agricultural technology without measuring technology, which is why B+B Thermo-Technik is now listed as a manufacturer on Farmitoo.

At both Digi-Key and Farmitoo, the aim now is to further expand the product portfolio offered there and to deepen the cooperation. We are looking forward to the good cooperation with both trading houses.
